General
If your submission does not align with VinStory’s standards, you will be notified and given the opportunity to revise your build.
We believe in collaboration and want every approved build to represent both your vision and the integrity of the VinStory platform.
Failure to make required revisions may result in the build not being published. Activation fees remain non-refundable.
Yes. VinStory profiles include up to three build revisions per year so you can keep your build up to date as you add new modifications, photos, or details.
To keep things organized, update requests are processed during scheduled update windows. If you submit multiple changes, they may be grouped together and applied at the same time.
Additional revisions beyond the included updates may be requested for $10.
VinStory profiles are created for the owner who submitted the build and are connected to that user’s account. If you sell your vehicle, we ask that you notify VinStory so we can deactivate the profile associated with your account.
Profiles are not automatically transferred between owners. If the new owner would like a VinStory profile for the vehicle, they’re welcome to create their own and submit the build under their account.
Please note that VinStory relies on the original owner to notify us if the vehicle has been sold.
