• All builds are reviewed before publication

• Vehicle details are accurate

• Modifications are represented honestly

• Performance claims are truthful

• Awards or recognitions are legitimate

 

We’re not here to fact-check dyno sheets — we’re here to protect credibility.

3. Photo Quality

Your images are the heart of your build profile.

​

For best results:

• Use clear, well-lit photos

• Show full exterior and key details

• Avoid heavy filters

• Only upload images you have the right to use

 

If something needs improvement, we’ll guide you.

 

4. Community Standards

VinStory is built on respect.

​

We do not allow:

• Illegal activity promotion

• Hate speech or discriminatory messaging

• Explicit content

• Graphic or offensive material

• Stolen media

 

If something doesn’t align with our standards, we’ll reach out.

 

5. Review & Revisions

Every build is reviewed before it goes live.

​

Most reviews are completed within 1–3 business days.

​

If adjustments are needed:

• We’ll send clear feedback

• You can revise and resubmit

• We’ll work with you to get it approved

 

Excessive or repeated non-compliant submissions may result in denial.

Activation fees are non-refundable.

 

6. This Is a Showcase Platform

VinStory is not a vehicle marketplace.

Sales listings, pricing language, or transaction arrangements are not permitted within build profiles.

 

7. Featuring Builds

​

We may select approved builds for:

• Homepage features

• Social media

• Promotional content

 

By submitting your build, you give VinStory permission to display and promote it within our platform.

 

8. Ongoing Integrity

​

If a build is updated after approval, it must continue to follow these guidelines.

We reserve the right to request changes or remove content if necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform.
